Food waste in Canada is a major and extensive issue that I thought could benefit from being organized into an infographic.
Project Background
The project challenge was to present a large amount of information in an organized and visually engaging way, and create awareness of the topic among the target audience.
Design Challenge
The design went through several iterations, with each revision creating better balance, hierarchy, and readability. The chosen background photo of enlarged napkins has the greatest contrast with the black text and clearly showcases the photographs.

Photographs of food were utilized to highlight key data because they assisted in conveying clear and relevant connections between the information and imagery.
